Tierra Viva Tacna Hotel

I got complimentary a double room as an upgrade, nice gesture. It was absolutely perfect and everything was perfect. Location: the hotel was close to anything...no decent restaurants or shops nearby and the airport.

Views were ugly.

We were extremely pleased with our stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping. They made us feel welcome and went out of their way to ensure our needs were met. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a large and comfortable bed. The hotel itself is modern and well-maintained, offering all the necessary amenities for a luxurious stay. We especially enjoyed the delicious food served at the restaurant, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. The convenient location allowed us to easily explore the area and enjoy the nearby attractions.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

During my recent business trip to the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff. the room I stayed in was spacious and impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed and a good-sized bathroom. the breakfast buffet provided a great selection of delicious options to start the day. I also appreciated the hotel's facilities, including the printing service for boarding passes. the hotel's location was convenient for my needs, with transportation options nearby and easy access to the surrounding area.

I did encounter some challenges communicating with local residents who did not speak English fluently, which made it difficult to navigate the area.

Our Christmas experience at the hotel was pleasant. the room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a nice modern touch. the restaurant of the hotel had good food and great service. We enjoyed the location, which was close to the city center, making it easy to walk to the different attractions. the hotel staff was helpful and attentive to our needs.

We did have some issues that detracted from our experience. the walls were thin with no soundproofing, and we could hear noise from other rooms late at night.

We had a nice stay at a hotel located in a vibrant area. The modern gaming joint next door added excitement to our surroundings. Our room was spacious and comfortable, providing all the amenities we needed. The restaurant may have had a limited menu, but breakfast was good. Despite the language barrier, the reception staff made an effort to communicate in English. we would recommend this hotel for its splendid accommodations.

There were a few issues that detracted from my experience. the hotel lacked multilingual staff, which made communication difficult for non-Spanish speakers.

I had a fantastic stay! The staff was attentive and friendly, especially Patricia from housekeeping and Gustavo from the restaurant. They made me feel welcome and comfortable. The room was clean, comfortable, and had an excellent shower. I also appreciated the hotel facilities, including the restaurant and the arranged transportation to the airport. The great location is a short walk away from downtown.

The staff, particularly Gustavo, Nando, Poala, Patricia. The room wasnice and neat. The food, including the breakfast buffet, was great. The hotel had modern amenities and a good restaurant.
